Blue Raider Football Press Conference: Nov. 16

This week marks the last home game for Middle Tennessee (5-5, 4-2 C-USA) as they prepare to take on the North Texas Mean Green (1-9, 1-5 C-USA) Saturday for Senior Day.

The Blue Raiders are on a two-game win streak, sitting just one win from bowl eligibility. Middle Tennessee finished 6-6 last season, but went bowl-less.

Last weekend, redshirt freshman quarterback Brent Stockstill became the first Blue Raider gunslinger to eclipse the 3,000 yard passing mark. Fellow freshman and one of Stockstill’s top targets Richie James eclipsed the 1,000 yard receiving mark in the win over FAU.

Head Coach Rick Stockstill spoke with the media Monday morning to discuss this weekend’s opponent and Senior Day.
