16-year-old Riverdale High School student reportedly missing since Friday

Update: Porter was found by Rutherford County Sheriff Deputies and returned home safely Monday morning according to a tweet from Murfreesboro Police Sgt. Kyle Evans

Murfreesboro Police are currently searching for 16-year-old Riverdale High School student Hannah Porter after her mother, Christina Rogers, reported that she did not return home after school on Friday, April 28.

According to MPD Public Information Officer Kyle Evans, it was reported that Porter attended school on Friday but was last seen walking away after her 6th-period class at Riverdale High School.

She has not contacted her parents, and she has not been home since Friday.

Porter has now been entered into the National Crime Information Center as an endangered runaway juvenile.

Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of Porter should contact Murfreesboro Police at 615-893-1311, according to Evans.
