Murfreesboro Police Indict Two Potential Sex Offenders

Murfreesboro Police have made progress in a 4 1/2 year-old case after Nancy Aragon turned herself and her husband in for the rape and battery of a 14 year-old girl on Monday.

According to Murfreesboro Police Department, Charles Aragon, 46, is being extradited from Nags Head, North Carolina and indicted for six counts of rape, two counts of sexual battery by an authority figure and incest from over four years ago.

Aragon’s wife, Nancy, turned herself in on Monday and was arrested and indicted for two counts of sexual battery by an authority figure.
