MTSU launches weeklong ‘It’s on Us’ campaign with Twitter consent chat

MTSU’s Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and SGA kicked off the 2015 National Week of Action, which is sponsored by the “It’s On Us” campaign, with events to raise awareness about sexual assault.

“It’s On Us” is a national campaign launched by President Barack Obama in 2014 to prevent sexual assault on college campuses.

Students participated in a consent chat on Twitter Monday by asking questions about consent and what it means using the hashtag “#ItsOnUsMTSU.”
