MTSU student arrested for murder in McMinnville

MTSU student Nicholas McGee, 20, was arrested Jan. 13 in McMinnville, Tennessee, for the murder of Osbaldo Luna, according to News Channel 5.

Luna, 44, was found with a gunshot wound on Tuesday in a house on Beersheba Highway in McMinnville.

Tyler Jones, 19, was also arrested for the murder of Luna.

McGee, who we’ve confirmed was enrolled fall 2015, and Jones were charged on one account of criminal homicide and are being held at the Warren County Jail on $1 million bonds.

The Warren County Sheriff’s office and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation are currently keeping the case open.
