Crime: Murfreesboro Police responded to armed robbery at Kroger on Middle Tennessee Boulevard

Murfreesboro Police responded to an armed robbery at the Kroger on Middle Tennessee Boulevard on Friday at approximately 7:06 p.m.

Upon arrival, police made contact with the victim, who stated that he was at the fuel pumps at the Kroger gas station. The victim then drove over to the adjacent parking lot and got out of his car. Two individuals, both wearing ski masks, then approached the victim and placed a gun on the small of the victim’s back.

The suspects then advised the victim to take his hands out of his pockets and remove all of the items from his pockets. The victim handed the suspects cash from his pocket, and the suspects ran to a tan Toyota Camry. The suspects drove off down Middle Tennessee Boulevard.

Once the victim finished relaying the incident to officers, detectives arrived at the scene.
