Police: Aggravated Assault Reported at Campus Crossings

Murfreesboro Police responded to a call from Campus Crossings apartments in regards to an aggravated assault at 1:50 p.m. on Tuesday, according to a Murfreesboro police report.

The victim reported he arrived at the apartment to retrieve an Xbox from a friend when another roommate, Daniel Miller, came into the room holding a weapon.

The victim stated he and Miller began to argue about items being stolen from the residence when the gun was pointed at him, and upon realizing it was a BB gun, struck Miller in the face.

According to the police report, Miller spoke with the responding officer and denied the possession of a weapon during the incident.
