Bomb threat leads to evacuation of Rutherford Blvd Walmart Thursday night

A bomb threat was issued at the Walmart located on S. Rutherford Boulevard Thursday evening.

Murfreesboro Police responded to a bomb threat, evacuating the Walmart around 6:15 p.m. Thursday.
Employees and shoppers were moved to the Murphy USA gas station until policed cleared the scene around 7:30.

No further information has been provided at this time.
