Finally, the 2016 presidential debates have been scheduled, and the moderators have been assigned. The debates are planned and scheduled by the Commission on Presidential Debates with goals of providing watchers with accurate information and to oversee the production of the debates. Without further ado, here is the complete schedule for the 2016 debates.

  • Sept. 26– The first debate will be held at Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. The moderator will be NBC’s Lester Holt, and the debate will contain six 15 minute segments.
  • Oct. 4– This second debate will host both of the vice-presidential candidates, and will take place at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia. Elaine Quijano of CBS News will be the moderator.
  • Oct. 9– The third debate will be held at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. CNN’s Anderson Cooper and ABC’s Martha Raddatz will both be moderators, and half of the debate questions will come from off-stage participants.
  • Oct. 19– Lastly, the fourth debate will be held at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fox’s Chris Wallace will host this debate.

  1. Why are all the moderators Democrats? And Very much vehement towards Trump! I could see someone neutral. But this seems to be Fixed just like the Democrats seem to Fix everything to be in the favor of their plans. Not for the good of America!
