On Monday, police officers responded to a 911 call reporting a burglary at Vie Apartment Complex.

Upon arrival, they spoke with the victim that described finding a black male dressed in all white in her bedroom.

During the investigation, officers received a report of another burglary in another building at the Vie. The victim reported waking up to a man “fondling” her buttocks while she was asleep. Her description of the assailant matched the first 911 call.

After awakening, the victim reached for a knife located on her bedside table. As she did, the assailant ran out of her bedroom and exited the apartment.

While speaking with the first victim, the officers noticed a male matching the descriptions approaching them.

He identified himself as Justin Williams and stated that he was a Vie resident.

A warrant check revealed that Williams had an attachment order for child support. Officers then transported Williams to the Murfreesboro Police Department for questioning.

A warrant was obtained for Williams’ cell phone which was seized for evidence.

Later, Williams was transported to the Rutherford County Jail for booking where he was charged with two counts of aggravated burglary, sexual battery and an attachment order.
