Alternative hard rock band The Used performed at Nashville’s War Memorial Auditorium on Tuesday night.

The four-piece band, which was on tour supporting showcased their trademark blend of hard-hitting instrumentation, melodic hooks and raw energy. Frontman Bert McCracken lead the charge, with his energetic stage presence and vocals.

While Chevelle fans in the crowd weren’t very in to the performance, die-hard Used fans sang along to almost every song in the set, including “All That I’ve Got,” “The Bird and the Worm” and “I Caught Fire.”

The band closed out their set with a medley of Rage Against the Machine’s “Killing in the Name” and “Bulls on Parade,” before going into a medley of the fan-favorite “Box of Sharp Objects” and Nirvana’s “Smells like Teen Spirit.”

The show was the second stop on the band’s co-headlining tour with Chevelle.
