MTSU’s chill water and steam system will be turned off campus-wide Saturday at 8 a.m., according to a Facebook post from MTSU’s Vice President for Student Affairs Debra Sells.

This shutdown is temporary while work is being done to install new controls at the Central Plant.

In her post, Sells said the work is expected to be done by noon, but during the shutdown there will be no hot water or air conditioning available at any building on campus.

Students can call Construction Administration at (615) 898-2967 with questions or concerns about the temporary shutdown.
