A watch party for the 2016 presidential election will be held in the lobby of the Media and Entertainment Building on Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. for all MTSU students to attend while waiting to hear the election results.

The event will be hosted by MT SGA, MTSU SPARE, the MTSU Political Science Department and the MTSU College of Media and Entertainment. Students will be able to view incoming voting results throughout the night via major news channels projected in the lobby, and free food will be provided.

During the viewing party, MTSU Sidelines, MT10 and WMTS will supply live coverage of the event and the election results.
