Members of MTSU Professor Dr. Chaney Mosley’s freshman Intro to Agriculture course were welcomed to the School of Agriculture at MTSU by officers of various departmental clubs Wednesday morning for the annual Ag Club Day.
Officers and representatives of clubs such as the Equestrian Team, Block and Bridle, and the Dairy Science Club spoke to students during an in-class presentation highlighting the activities and opportunities available to MTSU students.
Clubs and organizations were also set up outside on the lawn of the Stark Agribusiness and Agriscience Center. Activities and informational sessions were provided to both students and visitors alike. Lunch was provided and served by the student Agricultural Ambassadors.

MTSU club hockey made history this past week by earning its highest ranking in team history.
After a series sweep of in-state rival Vanderbilt that included an 8-0 shutout, the Blue Raiders climbed to the No. 5 spot in Division II club hockey rankings.
