Walking on campus is entirely different than walking the halls of high school for a variety of reasons. My number one favorite difference: no more awful dress codes. Students are finally free to express themselves and their unique sense of style. On any given day, you will pass by numerous students who are not afraid to let their personalities shine through their clothing.
Featured below are students whose outfits caught my eye and some of the things that they say inspire their styles.

“I really like Cassadee Pope and Jenna McDougall from Tonight Alive. That’s why my hair looks like this right now, because Jenna McDougall does that all the time and I’m like ‘well, let’s see if I can do this’.” – Anna Kaetron, junior Music Business major (MTSU Sidelines/ Emily Austin)
“I’m pretty much inspired by the latest of everything. I kind of look around and see what fits me and see what I like on other people and I try it myself.” – William Coleman, senior Electronic Media Management major
