The Blue Raiders’ magical season finally came to a close on Saturday night when they took a 74-65 loss to the Butler Bulldogs in round two of the NCAA tournament.

On a bazaar night where Giddy Potts, Ed Simpson and Tyrik Dixon were held scoreless, backup guard Antwain Johnson took over. The 6-foot-2, 194-pound sophomore notched a career-high 19 points to go along with six assists.

Despite the efforts of JaCorey Williams (20 points) and Reggie Upshaw (12 points), MTSU was unable to pull out a win over the perennial Bulldogs.
