Upon arrival, police spoke with the witness, who stated that a man was beating on his door and begging for help. While the witness attempted to get in the door, the man kicked down the witness’s door. The man who kicked the door down was covered with blood, and the witness then called the police. The officers then spoke with the man, who stated that he “got jumped.”
