Crime: Murfreesboro Police respond to report of indecent exposure at Chariot Pointe Apartments

Murfreesboro Police responded to a report of an indecent exposure on Thursday at approximately 8:05 p.m. at Chariot Pointe Apartments.

Upon arrival, police spoke with the victim. The victim stated that at 5 a.m. on Thursday, she was leaving for work and saw her neighbor standing in front of his window, exposing himself.

Police then spoke with the suspect. He stated that he was not awake at 5 a.m. and did not indecently expose himself to his neighbor. The police then advised the victim of the warrants process.
