Murfreesboro Police: Shots Fired at Raiders Ridge

Murfreesboro police responded to an anonymous call of shots fired in the Raiders Ridge apartment complex on Thursday night at 10:22 p.m, according to a police report.

When police arrived at Building 2, several people standing outside said they had heard shots fired around the other side the row of apartments. A witness said they saw four black males running through the courtyard toward Building 4.

When officers began investigating, police found several .40 caliber shell casings in the parking lot near Building 2, according to the report.

A Suzuki moped was foud lying in the ground in front of Building 3 with several bullet holes, but no victim or suspect could be found, police said.
