Todd Art Gallery plans fall exhibitions

MTSU’s Todd Art Gallery has six planned exhibits for the fall semester.

The exhibits cover a broad range of aspects of the art world including painting, illustration, sculpture, photography and printmaking.

The next gallery will be “CHINA: Through the Eyes of an American University President,” which features over 300 of MTSU President Sidney McPhee’s images from his trips to China over the last decade.

Other planned exhibits include the works of children’s book illustrators Kadir Nelson & John Hendrix, sculptures by the Mid-South Sculpture Alliance and several student showcases.

All main exhibits are located in Andrew L. Todd Hall, room 224A and are free and open to the public.

In addition to the main gallery, additional exhibits are featured in room 210 of Todd Hall. Planned additional exhibits include a Photo Society of MTSU showcase, a historical exhibit on the Italian Renaissance and works by art and graphic design students.
