Murfreesboro police responded to a burglary on April 5 at Student Quarters apartments on South Rutherford Boulevard.

The victim, an MTSU student, reported that he had left his residence at 11 a.m. and returned at 3:30 p.m. to find property missing from his room. Upon his arrival, the victim said that the front door was unlocked, and his bedroom door was also unlocked.

Police spoke to his roommates who said they did not see anyone entering their apartment, and that the victim’s room is only locked at night.

The stolen property includes a Playstation 4, a Pentax K20D camera and 200mm lens, an external camera battery, a black camera bag, a Visa gift card and various Playstation games and controllers.

Police have no suspects at this time.
