Newly elected Student Government Association President Michai Mosby and Vice President RJ Ware secured their positions in leadership at noon today in the 2024 Election.

Mosby ran against Benjamin Payson, and Ware ran against JP Van Der Hayden. This will be Michai’s second presidential term.

“I commend [the other candidates] for even wanting to take up these positions because they require a lot,” Mosby said. Much is given and much is required.”

Mosby told Sidelines how excited he was that SGA senators could share their campaigns with students and congratulated those on the ballot.

“We have some issues on this campus that need to be addressed … [I’m happy] to be a candidate that’s willing to fight for the students,” Ware said.
