A scheduled power outage will affect multiple campus buildings Sunday, according to an MTSU release.

The outage is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Satellite Chilling Plant, the Dyslexia Center and Project HELP (Ann Campbell Center). The Dyslexia Center will continue to run on a generator.

While those are the only buildings scheduled to lose power, there is a possibility that several other buildings, including dormitories, will be affected.

These buildings are Lyon Hall Complex (Lyon, Mary, McHenry), Monohan Hall Complex (Monohan, Shardt, Reynolds), Wood Stegall Building, Cope Administration Building, Smith Hall, Judd Hall, Sims Hall, Deere Hall and Nicks Hall. The Cope Administration building will run off of a generator as well.

The Construction Administration advises that anyone in these buildings should be prepared for a temporary power loss.

For any questions regarding the power outage contact the Construction Administration at (615) 898-2967.
