Music duo and YouTube stars Pomplamoose will visit MTSU for a Q-and-A session in the Wright Music Building on Thursday afternoon.

Consisting of Jack Conte and Nataly Dawn, the group gained a sizable fan-base by covering songs such as Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It),” “Telephone” by Lady Gaga and Michael Jackson’s “Beat It,” as well as posting original tracks. Since uploading their first YouTube video in 2008, Pomplamoose has accumulated over 100 million views on their videos.

Their visit to MTSU will encompass discussing their career with students and answering student questions. They will follow the session with a concert at Nashville’s Mercy Lounge on Thursday night.

The session will be in room 117 of the Wright Music Building at 1:00 p.m.  The event is free and open to the public.
