Blue Raider football seniors and alums showed out for NFL scouts at the MTSU’s annual Pro Day event Thursday morning.

Players including Kevin Byard, Jordan Parker, Cavellis Luckett and Corey McCarron were among the 19 players who participated in drills at Tennessee State University’s indoor training facility in Nashville. Representatives for approximately 24 teams such as the Tennessee Titans, Denver Broncos, Carolina Panthers, Pittsburgh Steelers and the Cleveland Browns were in attendance.

Byard ran the fastest 40-yard dash (4.46 seconds) and tied with Christian Collis for highest vertical jump (38 inches). Collis also had the longest broad jump (10 feet, nine inches), and Darius Johnson racked up 32 bench-press reps during the event, the highest of any player.
